System Overview
The human resources area is divided into three main areas: registration and maintenance of functional records, payment and benefits to employees, and personnel development.
Personnel records area
The personnel records area comprises the activities of registering employees data that are relevant for the payroll activities. It comprises employees records and their vacations.
Personnel payment area
The personnel payment area comprises the organization's payroll activities, such as payment of salary and benefits, as well as discounting fees and taxes.
Personnel development area
The personnel development area comprises the actions of monitoring, evaluating and developing the employee within the company. The activities in this area are not supported by the HR System.
